[SBE] The future of Broadcasting.

Its not impossible, but look for some push-back.
The solar installers are trying to get allowed to do some electrical
work, but in Texas, state laws won't allow it (thank GOD) and city codes
only allow master electricians to pull the permits required for such
work. But, can our telecommunications brothers help? I also think that
SBE is much more organized than the solar guys, but this solar battle
may have lessons or short cuts to achieve our goal.
