[SBE] ASRN SIGNS

We have always made our own signs out of stick on house letters and they
pass inspection by the FCC. But if there is a second gate, say at the
foot of a hill, such that the sign at the tower cannot be read from the
locked gate, the registration number needs to be posted at the locked
gate as well.
