[SBE] Windows 7 password reset

I have not tried this on Windows 7, only on XP, but it says it will work 
on 7 and it has been reliable for me.

Follow the instructions and for the most part, just follow the prompts.  
Be sure you save the changes before you end the process.  The only 
sticking point I have had is with some SATA drives, but a change to the 
bios setting (setting to LEGACY mode) has never failed me.
