For your EX-3s, did you buy remote control panels (RMB150 or RMB750) and did you take it further and buy the NIPROS Camera Adapter & Control Unit for PMWEX3s?

We run the Sony EX-3's on Vinton PTZ pedestals.  We have 6 of them and they work great and are a lot of bang for the buck.  The EX-1 is less but has a fixed lens.

Does anyone have a recommendation for studio cameras? We are a small operation.I would be interested in your experiences. Good, or bad. We also need studio pedestals, remote zoom, focus, CCU, and studio cam viewfinders.
