[SBE] Monitor points

If a station does not have monitor points on its license then the station
does not have monitor points. WBZ does not have monitor points on its
license therefor WBZ does not have monitor points.

One of the advantages of being licensed under the new rules is that the
station does not have monitor points. Licenses granted under the new MoM
rules start with the prefix BMML.

There are a lot of them,

WTIC, WIP, WAOK, KXNT KRAK, KHTK, KILT, WHFS,etc. About 117 applications
filed or licenses granted.

WAOK and KHTK are using voltage divider sampling systems.

So, anybody want to buy a used FIM?
