[SBE] [SBE9615] Irene and Amateur Radio Communications, IRLP and Echolink...

I've been on generator power here at the house since 1 AM Eastern time. 
  I'm in the hills above Exeter Boro, in the Wilkes Barre Scranton area. 
  High speed internet is down.  I'm on a dial up backup service I keep 
for just such emergencies.
