[SBE] Call in phone interface: PRI?

Good day folks!

I'm working on a facility that needs a call-in phone system.  Initially it
will be 12 incoming lines, but I would plan to triple that long term.
I'm looking for some background information on telco requirements for these
type of systems, specifically, cost savings measures of PRI s BRI, vs
POTS.  It's the last part (BRI/PRI) that I would like some help with.

Feel free to contact me off list.  Again, I am looking for some technical
background information.
