[SBE] Continental 816R Blower Motor Replacement

I have put several Dayton motors in the Continental transmitters. Be prepared and have your drill motor and bits with you, you may need to re-drill the cage so it will attach to the new motor.

The Grainger tech support guy seemed pretty sure that was the right replacement, and all the specs I can see match up, so this is probably the right one. Thanks for letting me know!
