[SBE] Remote internet access of Burk ARC-16

I use a Serial-to-IP converter from B&B Electronics connected to our office
LAN with a static IP. I can access it from my desk computer at work, and I
access my computer thru teamviewer from anywhere thru the teamviewer
website.
