[SBE] Questions about IP multicasting

It looks like we have a private link after all. I'm trying to find out for
sure. As I mentioned to a couple other respondents, the equipment was
installed when I wasn't around, so I'm now in the process of trying to
confirm what we have and how it works.
That'd be great if it's a private dedicated connection. Except for that
part about wasting a week and a half trying to multicast over public IP!
