[Techtoolslist] Fluke 9010a Troubleshooting w/ Omega Race

I had similar situations with several tron boardsets.  Turned out the +5V
was just low enough to handle the original Z80 but not quite the pod.  Once
I turned up the voltage a little bit it fired up just fine with the pod and
I was able to debug.
