I pulled mine off the board.   It's DM256X26GC (2FB)

http://www.noritake-itron.com/pages/Partsearchfull.htm   lists both GB
and GC.  Both discontinued of course.  No clue what the difference
between the two is, if any.

The 9100FT works (or will soon) so I think I'll just keep my eyes
peeled on eBay etc for a replacement for the 9105.
