[Techtoolslist] Fluke 9010a no display

Hi can anyone help me with and issue i have with my fluke 9010a when i power it up theres no display showing and it beeps once and at power up then goes silent for a few seconds then starts beeping non stop like its trying to reboot i have swaped a my keyboard and display into a working fluke 90101a and it works good my issue is in the main control board i am following the trouble shooting procedure and i got to this problem i tryed to troubleshoot the watchdog reset circuit and when i use the probe in sync-free-run pulse low mode momentarily connect the probe tip to u31 pin 4 of the uut i get a beep but no display message shows up nothing its supossed to show a message fluke 9000 power up ok ver 3a i did check all grounds and power at the check points and did check the ribbon cable between the display keyboard and main control baord its all good something seems to be blocking the display from going on the watchdog chip has been changed and no luck does anyone have any ideas let me know thanks
