[Techtoolslist] RAM testers

Does anyone know of any RAM testers or other ways to test 4027 and 4015 RAM?
The Bugtrap I use to test 4116 can't do them and NeoLoc's RAM tester can't
do them either.  A fair number of games use this RAM type.
