Hi Joe,
Why not make an adapter socket or add a switch (or two)? The difference 
between the 4027 and 4116 is pin 13 which is /CS and A6 respectively. 
Hopefully the Bugtrap test is not as extensive as Flukes RAM test which 
looks for stuck address lines such as the none functioning A6 on 4027 
adapter.
I can't find 4015 easily, but same applies to it...
