Hello Rich -

    I spoke to John Leone last night after the Town Meeting about 
speaking and putting a letter on Town Meeting members chairs.  He said 
he had not seen the letter re. Article 16 that you sent out on my behalf 
on April 21 and asked that it be resent.  I know that others did see it. 
  I would appreciate it if you would send the 2 attached documents
(revised letter; editorial quotes).  I was not able to convert them to 
pdf's so would appreciate if you would do this once again.
