[Town Meeting] Documents for Article 18

Attached are supporting documents related to Article 18 (aka the "Green Dog Article").  Also attached is a substitute motion prepared by Clarissa Rowe (Pct 8 TMM) and Leslie Mayer (Pct 21 TMM), which will be offered if the Board of Selectmen do not vote favorable action on Article 18 at their meeting this evening (5/11).
