[Bska] Hand records from BSkA July tournament

Dear Skat player,

The hand records from our July tournament are now available, at
http://www.weddslist.com/skat/results/lhh27/hands.xls thanks to Patrick.
The delay in uploading them, however, was my responsibility.

In session 3, there were seven consecutive deals, nos. 13-31, which
produced the same result at all three tables.
