[game_edu] New Convergence Conference

Hello Amazing Edu SIG Members!

 

I am announcing a NEW Education Conference for Game, Film and Music
Technology, CAPTIVATE <http://www.captivateconference.com/> !

 

This conference will look at the convergence taking place in these creative
spaces and the technology that supports it.

 

There will also be competitions for students to showcase their Capstone or
Personal Projects with valuable rewards and prizes. The conference is
closely tied to a new Austin Creatives Incubator Project and that will give
the high achieving students access to some amazing mentors.

 

Please let me know if you have any interest in helping with this by either
giving me your opinion or working with me on the Advisory Board.
