[PAGID] Home IVIG

Dear Chris Seroogy, 90% of my PID patients (all pediatric) are on home
treatment, either on IVIG or SCIG, according to preference. Patients,
parents and doctors are very content with this. We never experience any
problems. Patients and parents are thoroughly trained before starting home
therapy of course, and are seen regularly in my out-patient clinic. Best

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to poll people on home IVIG use.  I am typically opposed to it
and have found more recently that insurance companies are requesting it.
During my training, this was never done.  Is there are paradigm shift in
facilitating home IVIG that I am not aware of?  Thank you for your comments,
