Jack, National Jewish had a panel of cells that had surface antigens. My
recollection is the panel was rather limited.
The lab that does tissue typing for the University of Colorado is
ClinImmune. It is a spin off from the University. I spoke to Brian
Freed, Ph.D., the CEO of ClinImmune, about your request. He suggested
that you e-mail him with the specifics of what you want.

He also said that they use B-cells for screening for panel reactive
antibodies in the transplant program. They might be able to help, but I
would not expect them to set up a new test for your needs. (?)
Hope this is useful.

Dear Colleagues:
I am looking for a lab that can measure autoantibodies to human
lymphocytes, specifically human T cells.
National Jewish used to do this as part of their autoantibody menu, but
apparently they stopped offering this test.
Regards,
JB
