[PAGID] Attached umbilical cord in 8 week old

Slightly worrisome story, but don't let the umbilical cord focus you  
too much on neutrophils.  With really vigilant cleaning it can take 8  
weeks for the cord to fall off.  No bugs- no neutrophil migration.
