I follow a teen with APECED.  Endocrinology is managing his
endocrinopathies with replacement therapy.
 
Although his HgbA1c is normal, he has developed 3 diabetes-related
auto-antibodies.
 
Do you have any direct experience with the use of immunosuppressants or
rituximab to slow or stop the progression of this process?
