[CIS PIDD] Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and AT Syndrome

Dears friends and colleagues:
I would like to know if somebody has experience with chemoterapy for
non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in A-T Syndrome.
We have a 5 years old girl with A-T syndrome and non-Hodkin's lymphoma. We
are very unsecure about the intensity of chemotherapy regimen. We also like
to know if should we use prophylatic lasertherapy to prevent oral
