Hi, Luciana,
If this is a B cell lymphoma and is CD20+, you may want to use Rituximab.
I would avoid irradiation. If chemotherapy is your only option, use much lower doses than recommended for non AT patients
I never heard of "prophylactic laser therapy"
Does your patient have high IgM

Dears friends and colleagues:
I would like to know if somebody has experience with chemoterapy for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in A-T Syndrome.
We have a 5 years old girl with A-T syndrome and non-Hodkin's lymphoma. We are very unsecure about the intensity of chemotherapy regimen. We also like to know if should we use prophylatic lasertherapy to prevent oral mucositis. Thank you very much, Luciana.
