Dear Juan Carlos

We have a patient with a myelodysplastic disorder and PID who presented with neonatal Sweet syndrome. The patient was included in this series:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/22508923/

The skin biopsy showed a neutrophilic process. Has your patient had biopsy of the rash? What was the age at presentation?

Dear colleagues, I saw today a patient with suspected juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia and erythematous skin infiltrates in hand and feet (managed before as "cellulitis"). I have never seen a similar case before, so I wonder if you have any pictures about how do skin lesions look in these patients.
Thank you very much.
