[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] live vaccines in Digeorge population

We would use live vaccines as well.  We probably would not have gone so far as to do proliferation assays in this case.  The normal T and B cell numbers, and protective antibody titers would have been enough to convince us that she was immunocompetent.
