Hi everyone,

We have a teenage patient with LAD1 (CD18) who was diagnosed at a late age and has primarily manifest as pyoderma gangrenosum and gingival infections. She transferred care to us a few years ago doing relatively well on monthly IVIG after a number of different therapies, and for several reasons transplant wasn't considered a good option. She is now pregnant. I was wondering if anyone had experience with LAD during pregnancy and anything that we should pass on to the OBs.

Thanks,

Megan
