[SBE] High Intensity Tower Light Systems

I've been comparing high intensity tower light systems for a 1,200-ft
tower project and so far I have the following contenders in my list (not
in order):
 
1) TWR
2) Flash Technology
3) OTL
4) Unimar
5) Skytec
 
We are looking for reliability (for least cost of maintenance). A large
part of the expense is on the tower climb so a reliable flash head is a
definite plus.
 
Any of you had some good experience with a particular brand/model?
 
Is the LED design living up to its promises?
