[SBE] High Intensity Tower Light Systems

We had to replace the Flash tech controller a few years ago with a new one 
because the  tower units had to be replaced and seem to annually lose a flash 
head from bad caps, relays, burned wires. The flash lamps (two per lamp) seem to 
last about 18 months on average, some much less, some more. I've had as many 
as 4 go bad in a week.  I''d want LED's next time.
