[SBE] unlicensed wireless

Motorola had a full line of 2.4 gig community wireless stuff, we rented space 
on our 1006' tower for several of them. Most moved to 5.7 gig because of  
interference since 2.4 is shared with a lot of other stuff, it is also not 
protected being a part 15 device. The service area here in the flat lands was 
typically 12-15 miles LOS. It will not burn through trees.
