No offense taken. Your post seemed to indicate an either/or choice. I realize that it was your opinion. I only sought clarity in what you said.

I don't view a transmitter tour as training the GM to tell you (or me) what to do. Showing the staff what the transmitter site is all about instills greater confidence from them in my abilities because I am willing to help them understand my job and the engineering magic that makes it all work. It's part of being on the team.

I think we're on essentially the same track.
