If you Google on K&E you'll get a hit on the following URL: www.draftingsteals.com/keuffel-esser-paper.html - 100k
This site lists a great many of the K&E papers, but I didn't find 4/3rds earth curvature among them. You might try contacting them directly.

K&E was acquired by AZON Corp. in 1987. Azon doesn't show any graph paper on their web site. So where do you get specialty graph paper like 4/3 earth curvature or log-log paper for analyzing AM patterns? Or is analysis all done in software today?

K&E used to make it and it should still be available unless everybody has gone to plotting their own with AutoCAD.
