[SBE] Certification

I don't think anyone said SBE Cert is not valuable. The point is that real value comes in having the certification recognized by regulators and oversight bodies who insist that a business use certified and/or licensced personnel. In some cases, being certified is required to become licensced. SBE does not currently enjoy that enforcement except at the level of the individual employer. On the other hand, there most certainly are electrical licensing requirements for <90V, 90-600V and >600V that can very much restrict what you are allowed to touch. Neither being a broadcaster nor having SBE cert. overrides these restrictions. MD and MA are two states that are beginning to enforce this.
