[SBE] Proposed Analog Shutoff Extention

Whoia there buckaroo.  The Push for DTV revenue was very much a Clinton/Gore idea.  They very nicely made the requirements for it occur during the Bush admin.  The dates and the money however were decided mostly by Gore.  A relative of mine was there for the whole debate, including Gore's first push, which was to tax receivers.
