A STRONG recommendation to hire someone to deal with it for you,
after making certain you are, in fact, clean !

Cowboy, I couldn't agree more with your comments. We have hired such a guy
and yes, I have made doubly-certain with a spectrum analyzer that we're
clean.

I've been both the hiree, and the hiror for these issues.
That's about getting the liability off the station for the consumer
owned equipment inevitably failing in the future !!

Best, is to find a local TV repair guy ( if any exist anymore ) and provide
him with any and all help possible, pay his regular rate, and let HIM deal
with the complainant directly at your expense !
