[SBE] Is it worth me pursuing my amateur extra license?

Well, with an Extra class ham license, you can become an SBE Certified
Broadcast Technologist without taking the exam, as long as you have two
years of "continuous satisfactory service in broadcast engineering or
related technology" prior to the date of the application.

I was among the last of the "Heavy Extras", with the 20 WPM code
requirement. Even then the question pool seemed to be heavy on giving
license exams, since Extra class hams give the tests now, not the FCC
like in the old days. It seemed to me that the old Advanced class exam
was heavier on electronic theory.
