6 AM call, transmitter power very low. Drive to site. Find that unit
switched to exciter B (loaner from manufacturer) from our own exciter (a) no
reason noted in failure displays. B was generating 9% power. Screw driver to teh
ready, cranked AGC and MGC wide open, achieved 20% power. Switched to A
exciter, power slightly low but near 100%. Went through diagnostic screens, no
new problems found (3 rf amps and 1 PS out for weeks waiting for
manufacturer) Re-adjusted delay line and power divider rhostat to obtain best balance,
achieved licensed power.

Sent e-mail to manufacturer detailing continued and new problems. Also sent
them data on parts arrived as manufacturer was unsure what they had sent us.
Checked other items to use up some time to make sure TX was stable.

Drive to studio.

Vendor call on sat truck upgtade to HD. Printed out new sat truck licenses
from FCC. Call from tower crew postponing work for 1 week to mount multi
bay FM and new coax @ 525 feet on 1010' tower.

Informed sales that can sell sat truck rental now that license in in hand.

Helped MC engineer find sat receiver connections to HD router, was not set
up in menu properly.
