LINEAR has received permission from the presenter, Gary Sgrignoli, to allow
new registrants to his 8-VSB Seminar in Albuquerque at KNME-TV to register
for just $10; which will cover admittance to the seminar and lunch. (It does
not include the book, but this can be purchased if desired at the seminar).

 
SBE Chapter 34 and KNME-TV are proud to announce that Gary Sgrignoli will be
presenting his ATSC Digital Television Transmission Systems Seminar at the
KNME-TV studios on Wednesday, October 27th from 8:30am to 5:30pm.  Gary has
updated his well-known presentation to include improved practices learned
since last year's DTV transition and he will also be discussing the
fundamentals of mobile DTV.
 
This event is being sponsored by LINEAR and other broadcast equipment
manufacturers. LINEAR will all have at the seminar a live mobile DTV product
demonstration as well as digital transmitter correction techniques. There
will be also representatives from all the sponsors at the seminar to answer
your questions about their equipment.
 
A box lunch is also included for all attendees.  And attendees can claim 1
SBE certification credit for attending.
