I posted a how to / tool to do that on the 64 bit O/S w/FIDE, however, do like the add on of non-windows os, but sadly FIDE doesn't work in non-windows O/S. ( which a lot of people use with their fluke 9010a. )

I hacked up a tool that will run 9LC.EXE inside DOSBox, so scripts can be more easily compiled on non-Windows and/or non-x86 platforms. From the host OS, it runs just like 9LC does, warts and all.
